Let Luxury Bloom: Finding the Beauty

On a bright summer day in July, Yours Truly was crafting a floral fantasy in white and gold under a romantic scenic canopy. It was a privilege gathering with fellow creatives to facilitate a photography workshop called “Finding the Beauty,” hosted by the incredible Trene Forbes. Inspired by the name, we pulled out all the stops to make sure you could indeed spot beauty in every detail.

We designed modern-day Cinderella. The floor was custom wrapped, creating a stage-like presence and a polished foundation. We fashioned three tables, all drenched in gold and florals.

Estate Table:

The glass-top estate table was on fire! From the table rim, to castle-like candelabras, to the custom-built floral arch, it rained crystals. The table setting was composed of champaign details, a gold mirrored menu, and sparkle flute glasses.

Cake Table:

The mini cake table packed a huge punch with a floral train that cascaded all the way down to the floor.

Sweetheart Table:

Last, but not least, the sweetheart table popped with an exotic gold base, florals that created a cloud-like illusion, crystal candelabras, a gold shelf-like structure to strategically hold more cohesive florals, and a lounge chaise to seat the king and queen.
