Let’s Talk About Luxurious Etiquette

Welcome to the final (for now) pro-tip entry, where we address common “how to” questions from the perspective of a luxury florist. We believe transparency is always best. Today we’re tackling etiquette.

We’re beyond grateful to have amazing clients! We want your relationship with your florist to be as healthy and successful as possible. This means it’s important to know what your florist expects from you. Here are 5 insights your florist will always appreciate.

1. Mutual Respect Goes a Long Way

You’re trusting us with milestone memories, and we understand that these big celebrations are often accompanied with lots of emotion. When you book your Rosewater experience, we ask that you honor our expertise, creative decisions, and trust that we have your best interest in mind.

2. Provide Honest Feedback

We want to WOW you, which is why it is so important to respectfully provide honest feedback from beginning to end, that way we truly get to know what you love.

3. Understand that Luxury Events Require an Investment

We want to respect your budget and will be forthcoming about the investment your luxurious vision requires. Because of this, it’s important you trust what can be achieved within those boundaries. Rosewater will always go the extra mile and you will never need to worry or push a florist you trust to do so.

4. Trust Your Florist with Creative Decisions

We don’t play when it comes to executing breathtaking designs. Know that we want to create something amazing just as much as you do! Floral design is our art, and we will always take the time to get to know you and your taste. That’s why we ask that you allow creative freedom to authentically exceed your expectations.

5. Respect Allocated Times

While your florist understands that you’re juggling multiple plans at once, we do ask that you respect your appointment times. Chances are, they have multiple events throughout the month, and will need to schedule their time appropriately to give you their very best. If you do need multiple consultations, that can be arranged, but you will most likely need to compensate your florist for their extra time.
