Design Essentials You Will Need to Create a Luxury Event

But sometimes, it’s hard to pinpoint the design must-haves that help you achieve this extravagant look. We believe transparency is best. That’s why we’ve put together a few design must-haves, we do not compromise on, to completely transform the caliber of the room. As a result, these are elements you should be aware of as you financially plan for a luxury event.
Drapery
The space you’re renting will dictate how much drapery is used. This detail can hide unwanted eyesores and add a whimsical feel to any indoor or outdoor space. How? We use quality fabric and when you drape, you use vertical space, which makes the room grander.
Custom Stage & Dance Floor Wrapping
This detail is a must for all of our events. More times than not, these elements get a lot of foot traffic, and need to be spruced up with custom wrapping. Every luxurious room needs to be cohesive, and that’s exactly what wrapping does.
Lighting
Of course, our beautiful candelabras create an ambiance, but evermore so, you will need production lighting. This can come in the form of strategic LED lighting, string lights and chandeliers.
Focal Centerpieces
These are custom floral designs, large in scope, that we place on tables, hang from the ceiling, and build structures (like a floral arch, backdrop or chandelier). What makes these centerpieces luxurious are the type of flowers we use, the magnitude in size, unique positioning, and supportive elements (like crystals, large vases, etc.).
Estate Tables
Estate Tables are long rectangular tables that seat your guests. They look incredible and are more modern than your traditional round tables. It’s important to remember that each estate table holds additional focal centerpieces and linens.
