Look out world, our Boss Babe is turning 40! Today, we joyfully honor Rosewater royalty, as our founder and Lead Creative Designer, Bisi Ogunduyile, celebrates a new milestone.
There’s no doubt Bisi was made to create! An undeniable, God-breathed intuition that she has sharpened into an expertise. That’s why when she’s designing, snipping, arranging, draping, and more (for hours), it exudes a unique perspective and effortless art.

So many clients have been moved by her patient vision, so many joyful memories have been stamped and sealed, and let’s face it… so much luxury has been achieved. We honor you Bisi, not only because this blog and incredible gushing designs wouldn’t exist if not for you, but because you’re an example to us all (especially us gals) of what it looks like to utilize your gifts to the fullest.
We all have something unique to share with the world. Yours may not be making flowers defy gravity, but it’s certainly worthy of sharing.
